• Dealer Financing or Three-Party Transaction – In this arrangement, a buyer and a dealership enter into a contract where the buyer agrees to pay the amount financed, plus an agreed-upon finance charge, over a period of time. The dealership then sells it to an assignee (like a bank or finance company), which services the account and collect the payments.
• Direct Loan Financing or Purchase Order Transaction– is issued by referring to a bank wherein a customer has already applied directly. It’s a two party agreement between the bank and the customer. Documentation, submission of requirements, and signing of financing papers are made with the bank.
